A $4 million equity investment and joint venture agreement from Jackson will enable MedGeo’s veteran leadership team to partner with medical associations and replace their outdated job boards.
MedGeo is partnering with medical associations to implement a Zillow-like, map-based career exploration platform to better help their members find where they belong.
The interactive experience will put the association member at the heart of their career search, surrounding them with a comprehensive suite of data on virtually every relevant employer, and eliminating application friction by enabling members to connect with employers before they commit to submitting a CV.
What’s more, MedGeo will eliminate irrelevant and unwanted job search spam by allowing members to tailor employer alerts and notifications to suit their needs and interests, and support them with guidance from medical staffing experts on market trends, CVs, compensation expectations, and even employer introductions.
