What is a site and how does pricing work?

A site is the physical location of your practice. Pricing is based on the number of sites you activate, not the number of job postings. One activated site includes unlimited job postings, photos, video, and candidate tracking. The more sites you activate, the more visible your organization is on the map.

What is the difference between a grey dot and a green dot?

Grey dots are inactive sites — basic profiles that members can view but not engage with directly. Green dots are active Hiring or Networking sites — fully branded profiles where members can apply, follow your locations, and connect with you. Adding branding to any site is free. Activating it to a green dot requires a subscription.

What is Networking status?

Networking status lets you mark sites as places you plan to hire in the future. It keeps your brand visible to passive candidates and helps you build a pipeline for future hires. Volume discounts are available for organizations activating multiple sites.

Can I automate my site and job listings?

Yes — the MedGeo team will work with you to automate the import of your site and job information. Most file types are accepted. Contact your account manager to get set up.

Will I have support after purchase?

Absolutely. Your account management team is available to answer questions, walk you through the employer portal, and review detailed performance reporting. Enterprise customers also receive quarterly business reviews and benchmarking.
