Deanna became CFO of a small Community Development Financial Institution dedicated to providing economic opportunities and progressive growth for underserved urban and rural small businesses. Over the subsequent three years, Lendistry has evolved into a leading hyper-growth FinTech originating loans and grants of $8B on behalf of nearly 500k small businesses. Deanna builds enduring companies with operational discipline and mission-based cultures.

Bryan has been a pioneer in the healthcare recruiting space for over 30 years. As Founder and CEO of Health eCareers, he built the first digital healthcare job board in 1993. In 1995, through a partnership with the American College of Cardiology, he helped launch the first medical association career site. As CEO and Managing Director of both public and PE-backed entities, Bryan has experience managing digital recruiting platforms across all business models in the market today. Bryan’s ability to understand business challenges and help association leaders explore strategic solutions has enabled hundreds of medical societies to capitalize on recruitment-related opportunities, and in the process, led to many of the career center innovations accepted today as standard operating procedures. For 25 years, Justin has been a leader in the software industry. He got his start working with Enterprise software at Oracle, leading strategy for the top-selling module of the JD Edwards product. He played key roles driving the growth of several small software firms, including a financial reporting system, a nonprofit impact reporting technology and a group collaboration and decision support system, which is now a key part of Accenture’s Digital Client Engagement strategy. At Health eCareers, Justin led the successful revitalization and expansion of its Association relationships and product strategy as VP of Innovation. As Managing Director, he guided the company through a successful transition following its acquisition by Everyday Health. As the Principal and founder of InkSpace Analytics, Justin advises companies on software and data strategy. Engagements include leading organizations in Data Science/Machine Learning, Robotic Process Automation and Fintech. While with Lendistry, his data analysis and automation strategies have enabled the company's hyper-growth, and supported hundreds of thousands of small businesses by deploying billions of dollars in loans and grants to assist with pandemic recovery.
Chief Technology Officer
Brian has led software development projects and teams for nearly 30 years. He has led teams producing online learning platforms (eCollege), educational content delivery (Pearson and Macmillan Learning), and online career services for the healthcare industry (Health eCareers). Brian’s expertise is in building strong development teams that are motivated to meet business needs as well as learning and applying the right technology under the covers. He has managed single teams all the way up to entire departments of more than 150 developers. Finding the best technical solution for a given need is one of Brian’s passions and he loves learning new technologies, languages, frameworks, and processes along the way.
EVP, Strategic Partnerships
Jarod got his career started in marketing with Pikes Peak International Raceway but quickly found his calling in 2006 within the healthcare recruitment advertising industry and has become a key leader in the space. At Health eCareers, he managed relationships with many of the nation’s largest hospital systems and recruitment firms helping them generate thousands of hires across the country. Later he ran the Partner Relations Team generating millions of dollars of non-dues revenue annually for medical associations while developing new resources like career networking events to connect association members with employers. He later joined Jackson Physician Search to streamline and optimize their recruitment advertising adding a valuable new perspective. Jarod has spent his career building deep, mutually beneficial relationships with medical associations and has a passion for helping medical providers find where they belong.
Director, Strategic Partnerships
Allison comes to Medgeo with 10 years of experience in the healthcare recruitment/advertising industry. She started her career off at Healthecareers building collaborative and trusting partnerships with health systems, hospitals and government recruitment teams. During this time she traveled and met with partners nationwide to learn the complexities of the healthcare recruitment space and identify ways to improve client experience and increase hires. Taking what she learned in sales and account management she took an opportunity to explore product development where she could apply her knowledge into creating new and innovative technology based solutions that positively impact association partners, providers and clients. Later she joined a Saas startup (GetTalent) leading customer success where she worked on building the department from the ground up all while facilitating and cultivating relationships with early adopter clients. Most recently Allison led a team of product managers and user acceptance testers at S&P Global who focused on sales enablement, lead flow, and systems integration. Allison's philosophy is to lead with curiosity and to fully understand the needs of the people she is supporting with the desire to bring positive change to their working world.
Kristen comes to the MedGeo team with over 14 years of experience in the healthcare and technology space. With a background in sales, marketing and product management, she offers a unique perspective on how to keep partners engaged while moving the business forward. While holding leadership positions at DHI and HealtheCareers, Kristen took on challenges that allowed her and the team to grow past comfort zones and innovate beyond what competitors are doing in the industry. She is passionate about developing strong relationships and building successful products that help solve everyday problems.
Jonathan was hooked on software development when he wrote his first "hello world" application, and for over 20 years he has been designing and developing solutions in a variety of spaces. His experience includes writing add-on modules for accounting software for use by non-profit organizations, designing software for call center compliance with "do not call" regulations, enterprise microservice architectures, SEO, and implementing cloud computing solutions in Azure and AWS. Jonathan aspires to bring an excitement for technology along with a focus on building quality solutions to every project.

With more than 35 years of experience in healthcare strategy, Tony is the recognized leader and innovator in the recruitment of physicians, physician executives and advanced practice providers. After starting his career with Jackson & Coker, he went on to help a large healthcare system launch an in-house recruitment program that placed over 1,000 physicians annually. Tony returned to Jackson & Coker (now Jackson Physician Search) as President in 2009 and has since transformed the business into the fastest growing and most innovative firm in the industry. He serves on the Board of Directors of Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) and MedGeo Ventures along with multiple advisory boards. Tony is a sought-after speaker for healthcare industry groups, national medical associations and residency programs. He is particularly gratified to help young physicians find the right fit early in their careers.
